Turn every room into a concierge desk

A single tap on a nightstand plate or door sticker opens housekeeping, maintenance, or concierge requests — routed straight to staff, tracked from the moment a guest asks to the moment it's done.

Built for the moment a guest needs something

  • One tap, three request types — housekeeping, maintenance, or concierge — each request carries the exact room it came from, no front-desk phone call required.

  • A real lifecycle, not a message board — requests move from open to in-progress to resolved, so nothing sits unacknowledged in an inbox.

  • Same hardware as everywhere else — the room plate is the same NFC technology used across the platform — no proprietary hotel-only hardware to source or replace.

  • Multi-property ready — rooms are tenant- and location-scoped, so a group managing several properties keeps each one's requests separate.

Frequently asked questions

Does a guest need to install an app?

No. Tapping the plate on the nightstand or desk opens the concierge page directly in the guest's own phone browser.

What can a guest actually request?

Housekeeping, maintenance, or a general concierge request — each is logged with the room it came from and tracked from open through in-progress to resolved.

Does every room need its own physical tag?

Yes — one touchpoint per room, provisioned once. Swapping a room's touchpoint (a damaged card, a room renumber) doesn't touch the request history.

Can staff see requests across the whole property?

Every request is tenant-scoped to your organization, so a front-desk or housekeeping view can see all open requests across every room and floor at once.
